At the end of 2015 this study carried out by VHK (René Kemna and Leo Wierda) on behalf of DG Energy became available. It reports on the impacts of Ecodesign, Energy Labelling, Energy Star and Tyre Labelling measures, including projections for the period 2010-2050.
