EU publication on Brexit and industrial products (GEN – 870.00)

On 30 March 2019, the United Kingdom will leave the European Union and then become a ‘third country’. Subject to any transitional arrangement that may be contained in a possible withdrawal agreement, the European Union rules no longer apply to the United Kingdom. This will impact importers, authorised representatives and conformity assessment procedures.
