<p>The study identified that the renovation rate in the Member States is still low. Less than half of the Member States provide a clear roadmap towards a decarbonised building stock by 2050, while the majority present a high level of ambition, this is not always supported by comprehensive policies.</p>

<p>The IPCC has finalised the first part of the Sixth Assessment Report, Climate Change 2021: <em>The Physical Science Basis</em>, the Working Group I contribution to the Sixth Assessment Report. It has been finalised on 6 August 2021 during the 14th Session of Working Group I and 54th Session of the IPCC. Some information on greenhouse gases in this assessment does merit consideration.</p>
